Ministry in Motion Production Standards

Description:

Where Worship teams, individuals, and ministries can come and be a part of a unified community presentation group that wants to share the Heart of GOD with the public. By becoming one body of praise and giving reverence to the Lord Jesus the Messiah by becoming an ensemble of praises and worship, reaching out to the hurt, lost, and broken through a presentation of dance, drama, music, and songs.

Vision Statement:

By collaborating with others, we offer God a sacrifice of praise with gifts and talents HE has given by equipping the next generation to convey the heart of GOD through Ministry in Motion and to show the unity of the body of Messiah.

Scripture Mandate:

Isaiah 52:6-8 NKJV Therefore My people shall know My name; Therefore they shall know in that day That I AMHE who speaks: 'Behold, it is I.' " (7) How beautiful upon the mountains Are the feet of him who brings good news, Who proclaims peace, Who brings glad tidings of good things, Who proclaims salvation, Who says to Zion, "Your God reigns!" (8) Your watchmen shall lift up their voices, With their voices, they shall sing together; For they shall see eye to eye When the LORD brings back Zion.

Idea:

This production team can come together, beyond the walls of any one congregation/church, a few times a year as one body. To share a concert of music, songs, and choirs, and to share a presentation of dance, drama, and skits in "the open to the public" setting.

Requirements:

• Understand and share in the idea of the vision statement
• Understand what Isaiah 52: 6-8 is saying
• Understand that we do not perform. We minister the "Heart of GOD."
• Be willing to share choreography, music, or song with the production team
• A video of you or your team ministering
• Be willing to work with other ministers, ministries, and teams
• If participating as a team:
  • Have written permission from Pastor/minister to participate
  • Have a half-page bio
    • Who your pastor/minister is
    • Name of congregation/church
    • Location of congregation
    • How the participating ministry started
  • As an individual
    • A half-page biography talking about your ministry
    • A willingness to work with others
• Be willing to have basic minister requirements
  • No low cut shirts that show cleavage
  • Pants must be worn on the hips
    • If dancing, make sure pants are secure
    • No holes in pants or clothing
  • Shoes, Jazz shoes, slippers, or socks at all time
  • Shorts or skirts no shorter than 2” from above the knees
  • No spaghetti straps shirts, dresses, or rompers

Qualifications:

• Be willing to have short Bible studies to understand the Heart of GOD for any giving presentation.
• Be willing to share ideas and choreography, music, and song so we all can be part of the presentation.
• Be willing to have fun

Reimbursements:

Uniforms requirements will depend on the presentation. All participants are responsible for their clothing and equipment. An arrangement might be made; if a participant wants to participate in a routine that requires equipment, they don't own, borrow, or purchase.
